With the anti-dumping duties in place since 2008 (USD 1.06–1.16/kg) approaching expiry, the Ministry of Trade has chosen not to remove the measures, but to initiate a sunset review instead.
The scope covers polyethylene and polypropylene woven fabrics under HS codes 3921.90.60.00.11, 3921.90.60.00.13, and 3926.90.97.90.29 (limited to woven tarpaulins).
