The Ministry of Trade has updated the table under the Communiqué on Import Surveillance (No: 2026/17).
Key changes:
- Surveillance measures for ATVs under GTIP 8703 have been revised
- Unit customs values are now determined based on engine power
- Values range between USD 5,078 and USD 44,890 per unit
Imports declared below these thresholds may be subject to a surveillance certificate requirement.
The regulation may increase clearance risks for low-value imports and impact pricing and cost structures in the ATV market.
Companies involved in ATV imports are advised to review their processes in line with the updated values.
