Turkey – Ukraine Joint Customs Council Established...

Türkiye and Ukraine have taken their customs cooperation to an institutional level. The two countries' customs administrations will now work in a coordinated manner under a joint council framework.
The council's priorities include accelerating border crossings, harmonizing customs procedures, risk management and joint action against smuggling. Technology sharing is also high on the agenda — which could make a tangible difference in declaration processes and inspections over the long term.
